1. Product & Material Disclaimer

LFP Studios products are for indoor use only under normal environmental, temperature, and moisture conditions. LFP Studios does not warrant the use of products in exterior environments unless specifically designed for that purpose.

The characteristics of wood and other natural materials used to build products may vary from samples or photos due to inherent natural differences. Wood may contain knots, grain variations, color shifts, and imperfections that are part of its natural beauty. These variations are not considered defects.

All LFP Studios products are handcrafted. No two pieces will ever be identical, and no guarantee is made that any product will appear exactly like another. Artwork proofs and concept designs serve as creative references only; the final product may vary slightly at the artist’s discretion. Significant alterations will always be communicated and approved prior to execution.

2. General Liability Disclaimer

LFP Studios is not liable for any damages, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, improper installation, modification, or exposure of products to unsuitable conditions such as moisture, heat, or direct sunlight. Once a product has been delivered or installed, responsibility for care and maintenance transfers to the client.

3. Custom Orders & Final Sale

All custom orders are final sale. Because each project is made to order and handcrafted according to client specifications, LFP Studios does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once production has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Project deposits are non-refundable and required to begin work. Production timelines are approximate and may vary depending on project complexity, client communication, and material availability.

4. Intellectual Property & Creative Rights

All original artwork, designs, concepts, and creative materials produced by LFP Studios remain the intellectual property of the artist unless ownership rights are specifically transferred through a written agreement.

Clients receive usage rights only for the agreed-upon purpose or project scope. Any additional reproduction, modification, or distribution of LFP Studios’ designs or artwork without written consent is prohibited.

5. Media, Photography & Client References

LFP Studios reserves the right to photograph, record, or document any project, product, or artwork created by the studio. Such media may be used by LFP Studios for marketing, advertising, portfolio, or social media promotion in print or digital form, without additional notice or compensation.

By commissioning LFP Studios, clients grant permission for their projects, images, or related materials to be publicly displayed for promotional purposes. LFP Studios may also reference client names, logos, or brands in a professional capacity — including, but not limited to, website listings, portfolios, social media, and other promotional materials — solely for the purpose of showcasing completed work.

6. Agreement

By engaging LFP Studios for any project, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and disclaimers outlined above.
